Description: A market-rate residential condominium consisting of a 43-story residential tower, 35-unit low-rise luxury town-homes, and 1,038 stall parking structure. This project is unique in that it is being developed jointly with Kamehameha Schools and Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation to accommodate the city’s Rail Transit stop which occurs on this city block. The project includes mixed-use retail, for-sale condos, affordable rentals, and a transit station where residents can live, work and play near the urban core of Honolulu.
