As a Design-Build project by Nordic PCL and RMA Architects, the renovation includes a new bar counter and equipment, upgraded beverage service stations, replacement beer system, new epoxy flooring, and durable wall finishes. Supporting improvements to the storage area, plumbing, electrical, and telecommunications systems accommodate the updated layout and enhance overall operations.

The result is a refreshed, functional bar that maintains Shenanigans’ laidback island character while providing an improved experience for guests and staff.
