Description: Kauhale Kakaako is one of three affordable apartment tower renovations in Kakaako that developer Stanford Carr and RMA Architects have taken on and are projected to be complete within three years of taking ownership. This remodel involves full renovation of interior living and common areas involving ADA remodel to 5% of the units and making the common areas fully accessible. The scope also includes renovation to the exterior of the building which includes roof renovations, replacement of metal railings, waterproofing, window repair/replacement and repainting exterior.
