Description: RMA was the Architect and Prime Consultant to a local Developer for various renovation projects throughout The Ilikai. The 31-story building is one of the few condominiums in the Resort Mixed-Use precinct in Waikiki which allows unit owners to live-in, rent out by hotel reservations, or be used as a timeshare. Renovations consisted of the conversion of commercial spaces and meeting rooms on the second floor into residential condominiums; the complete renovation of units on upper floors (approximately 220 studio and 1 and 2 bedroom units); first floor commercial unit shell and tenant improvement; conversion of an existing tennis court that is no longer in use into a new pool deck; renovation and re-striping of the parking garage levels.
